iGaming solutions provider Yggdrasil and Boomerang Games has just released an exciting new game, Lady Merlin, in partnership with YG Masters partner ReelPlay. In this game the main character tries to summon the forces of electricity from the air, transforming power into prizes. The 5-reel, 432 ways slot features a fantasy medieval theme, beautiful soundtrack as well as the Lightning Chase™ mechanic. This mechanism sees coils randomly rand on the reels with a cash value. When a player lands the Collect symbol, they are immediately awarded prizes. Scoring 6 or more coils activates the game’s Re-spins feature.
The main character acts as a wild, while a wild multiplier is also in play, starting at 2x at in the base game. The game steps ups its suite of features by using Boomerang’s BOOM + ante bet. Three or more Scatter symbols, in the shape of Lady Merlin gazing into her orb, will activate the free spins mode. During this round, every time a wild or scatter lands on the reels, the wild multiplier and free spins counter will be increased by 1x.
Lucky players can win a total of 25,600x their bet.
Lady Merlin is Boomerang Games’ latest addition to its YG Masters Portfolio. This comes after their mid-year hit Wild Joker Stacks. The igaming studio continues its partnership with fellow YG Masters member ReelPlay to develop new and re-playable content.
“Following Boomerang’s recent classic-themed Joker slot, Lady Merlin is an exciting, feature-filled fantasy hit, showcasing the studio’s dynamic and creative remit,” Stuart McCarthy, Yggdrasil Head of Partner Programs, said.
“With two types of bonus rounds, huge multiplier potential and an innovative art style, there’s lots to look forward to in our latest YG Masters release,” he added.
“Lady Merlin is a fast and fun, multi-layered fantasy from ReelPlay’s partner Boomerang Games. We continue to facilitate and curate the industry’s sharpest content as part of the YG Masters program and we’re excited for players to enjoy another thrilling release,” David Johnson, ReelPlay CEO, said.
