Casino games and software developer Playson was recently granted an ISO 27001 “Information security management” certification. This is proof of the developer’s commitment to information security.
Playson was granted the accreditation after an audit conducted by a Quinel Limited laboratory, acknowledging the supplier’s full compliance with the data protection standards provided by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
The certification covers the development, integration and management of multi-gaming software. It also allows Playson to continue expanding its growing operator network, giving a demonstration of the security of its operations to partners.
The provider has been continuously expanding its global footprint in the last couple of months. This was made possible by signing key strategic agreements in an international range of regulated markets spanning across both Europe and Latin America.
“Receiving an ISO 27001 certification showcases our unwavering commitment to regulatory compliance and data protection,” Oleksandr Kryzhanivskyi, Playson’s head of engineering, said.
“A key step on the path to continued global expansion, we are pleased to see the team’s diligence recognized with such a coveted accreditation,” he added.
