Playtech signs non-exclusive sports betting partnership with Novomatic Americas

Leading igaming and sports betting software supplier Playtech has just signed a non-exclusive sports betting partnership with the Novomatic Americas division of video lottery terminal (VLT) supplier Novomatic.

The deal will see Playtech’s sports betting kiosk (SSBT) systems delivered through Novomatic ActionBook sports betting kiosks across the USA.

Novomatic ActionBook is currently available in 11 states in the US and boasts the likes of Penn National Gaming and DraftKings among its clients in the country.

Under the deal, Playtech and Novomatic Americas will jointly market Playtech’s mobile sportsbook and mobile player account management (PAM) software to potential customers in the US.

The deal is built on a long-term partnership between both companies, through which the two parties operate over 10,000 kiosks worldwide together.

“This combined service will deliver a best-in-class experience and is a further example of Playtech’s ability to partner with leading companies and leverage its scale in the rapidly growing US market,” Jonathan Doubilet, Playtech’s US managing director, said.
