Malta-based iGaming developer Yggdrasil has just secured entry into Hungary after striking a distribution deal with land-based operator CasinoWin. The developer has maintained that it is focused on expanding its market reach throughout 2021.
This partnership will give players access to Yggdrasil’s proprietary slots content portfolio, and titles from company’s growing YG Masters program portfolio.
“Yggdrasil’s content is known for its high quality and exciting game play and the slots portfolio is extremely diverse, offering something for all player types,” Zsolt Kruppa, CasinoWin managing director, said.
“We are thrilled to be the first popular operator in the country to offer their titles and we are sure the content will be a hit with our customers,” he added.
Yggdrasil’s entry into the Hungarian market is praised as “an important step” for the developer as it continues to expand its reach in regulated markets in 2021. The market entry comes after the developer announced its debut into the Swiss market a month after.
“We are focused on further expanding our reach in regulated markets this year and providing our thrilling content to even more players,” Björn Krantz, Yggdrasil chief of global market operations, commented.
“Entering Hungary is a great achievement for Yggdrasil and CasinoWin is a well-known and respected brand in the market, making them a perfect partner. We are excited to introduce our content to its growing player base,” he added.
